Why were those kids so mean?

OMG I loved that song and the animation!
The storyline was terrific, aand so were the chacters!
But, why are they in their underwares at the end?

I would've put 12 overall, but they wouldn't let me!
I gotta say, this is Scott's best work!
Though it diddn't really seem like a sequel, (in the first, Scott atacked Cloud, and in the seccond, he WAS Cloud.) It still was awesome, all in all.
